Sizing Guide for Fine Art Prints
Choosing the right size for your Fine Art Print can be tricky – this sizing guide will help you to find exactly the perfect print size for your space.
Please note that the Limited Edition Prints (Photography) and the Open Edition Prints (Illustrations) are sized differently. For the latter, please check out the section below.
The Fine Art Print Collection available on Where Wonder Waits is intended to be used with a mat – that’s why prints have a little white border to ensure perfect, damage-free fitting. Choose your frame according to the size of the mat window (actual size of the artwork itself), not the overall print size.
All artworks are professionally printed on the renowned Hahnemühle Photo Rag, a museum-quality, smooth cotton paper with a matt finish.
Sizes of the Limited Edition Fine Art Prints
The Fine Art Photography Prints come in two aspect ratios. Most of my work is created in landscape orientation at a 2:3 aspect ratio. However, a few artworks in the collection feature a 1:1 aspect ratio (square format).
All Limited Edition Prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity and a unique hologram authentication patch. Once an artwork is sold out in each size and edition, it will never be printed again.
Small Fine Art Prints
These prints are perfect for small spaces – like your office desk or countertop. They also look great as a collection of several prints next to each other.

Sizes of the Open Edition Fine Art Prints
The Fine Art Illustration Prints are sized in line with European DIN Standards. They come in sizes like A4 or A3 which you might be familiar with from shopping stationery.
All Open Edition Prints carry a small (digital) signature of the artist, discreetly integrated into the artwork.
Small Fine Art Prints
Small images, big effect: This is your go-to option if you’re looking to add a highlight to a small space. They can be combined nicely, for example, if you wish to collect an entire series.

Framing Fine Art Prints
Since picking an appealing frame is a matter of personal taste and style choices, frames are not available through Where Wonder Waits. You can find frames that match your interior perfectly either online or at your local provider.
The sizing was chosen in line with standard print sizes. If the standard sizing differs in your country, consider ordering a suitable frame online. The border on the prints allows you to easily fit them to a mat without damaging the print.

For large and extra-large prints, custom framing is recommended in order to guarantee a perfect fit and to ensure the integrity of these precious collector’s editions.
