About the artwork: Bring the cozy feeling of autumn into your space – and its wonderfully warm orange and red color palette. For this artwork, I chose to depict the yoga pose Half Lord of the Fishes (Ardha Matsyendrasana) which is a restorative and strengthening spinal twist.

Out with the old and in with the new! As the leaves change their color and slowly start to fall, you may experience a shift in yourself as well. Autumn is a time for transformation and it is all good, even if it sometimes comes with a feeling of melancholy. Change is an ever-ongoing part of life.

This Autumn Yoga Print is a reminder to support yourself in the changes you are going through. Be very intentional with yourself and your yoga practice, and, most importantly, listen to your body. Slow down if you need to and take time for self-care.

I truly believe that Autumn brings forward aspects of your life that will unfold in miraculous ways for you and leave you feeling all warm and wonderful.
