Information on Shipping

Where Wonder Waits ships worldwide via tracked postal services. On orders over 80 €, shipping is free (yay) – otherwise, a flat rate for shipping (5 €) will be charged at check-out.

Estimated Delivery Times for Fine Art Prints:

UK & EU: 5-10 days
Rest of the world: up to 14 days

Estimated Delivery Times for T-Shirts:

UK & Germany: 2-6 days
Rest of Europe: 5-15 days
USA & Canada: 3-7 days

If you order a Fine Art Print as well as a T-Shirt, you will receive two packages as they are fulfilled by two different specialized printing partners.

If for some reason you have not received your order within 20 days, please send a message to wherewonderwaits[at]gmail.com and we will investigate its whereabouts. During holidays, delays are possible, so make sure to order early enough if you are planning a special Christmas present.

Sustainability:

All Anna Heimkreiter Fine Art Prints are printed and packaged sustainably by theprintspace, UK‘s first end-to-end carbon-neutral printing service. Carbon emissions caused by order deliveries are offset by investing in renewable energy projects.

Customs:

Depending on your location, Fine Art Prints will be shipped from either Germany or England. Deliveries within the EU and the UK are therefore customs-free. If you live outside those areas, please note that you are responsible for informing yourself about any customs fees that might apply.

Refund and Returns Policy

All Fine Art Prints on Where Where Waits are produced with utmost care and extraordinarily high quality standards – so I am sure you will love your print!

In the rare case that your print arrives with any damage, it will, of course, be replaced for you free of charge. Just send a photo of the packaging and print as well as your Certificate of Authenticity and I will request a replacement for you right away. It goes without saying that you do not need to carry the costs for return shipping in the event of unexpected damages.

Now bear with me, since my business is registered in Germany, there is a mandatory legal text concerning your right of withdrawal that I need to place on my website – you can find the translation below if you happen to be into reading legal texts.

Basically it says:

• you may return your product within 14 days of receiving it
• you must send an email or letter informing us
• you carry the costs of return
• you will receive your refund as soon as your product is returned

From human to human, I would like to ask you to select your prints and wearables with care. For an independent artist, returns are a way bigger setback than for a multi-billion company – it‘s not quite the same as ordering 3 shirts on Amazon to see which one you like best. Thank you 🙂

Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Anna Heimkreiter, Im Farchet 20 1/3, 83646 Bad Tölz; +49 151 53317457; wherewonderwaits[at]gmail.com) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder eine E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Sie können dafür dieses Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet. Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben, dass Sie die Waren zurückgesandt haben, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist. Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anna Heimkreiter, Im Farchet 20 1/3, 83646 Bad Tölz; +49 151 53317457; wherewonderwaits[at]gmail.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
